I don't live in Wichita but try to eat here when ever I am in town. I have been eating NuWay burgers for 40 years and love them. Not sure if I didn't have a long connection I would ever choose to eat here but once you get past the weirdness of the crumbly burger I think it is easy to be addicted. the fries and rings are a must try also. They make their own root beer and you have to try it. It is just part of the experience.

Love these crumbly burgers, and the refillable root beer. Grew up in Wichita and this is always a "go to" place on my list every time I visit. Staff is friendly and helpful. Haven't found anywhere else that duplicates the taste. Until next time!

I was pleasantly surprised. The burger was above average. The fries and onion rings we're too notch. The root beer was amazing. It was cheap and fast and honestly would eat it frequently if I lived nearby

A Wichita classic! Home of the crumbly burger!
The classic burger comes with mustard, onions, and dill pickles. They always confirm that you're ok with all of the toppings and can customize it if you want anything left off. The crumbly meat is soft and light and has just the right amount of grease to soak into the soft bun. I like it without the extra shake of salt on top. The curly fries are also crispy and fresh.
The housemade root beer on tap is a MUST! It's served in frosted mugs with free refills. The kid's meals come in a cardboard car that's pretty cool.
The service here is always super friendly! They'll even give you a root beer refill to-go!
